In
case of pressure measurements of high Temperature fluids,
fluids with sludge and corrosive fluids, the fluids are
separated from the pressure sensor through a diaphragm
seal; the area between the sensor and diaphragm is filled
with suitable oil. The diaphragms are also supplied to
suit the fluids to be measured. Connections either threaded
or flanges can be provided as per requirement.
SNUBBER
1)
To
measure high Pressure Snubber protects the surge Pressure
shooting to get the pressure slowly build up.
2)
In case of Pressure measurements of pulsating fluids a
snubber works well to get the pressure stream line.

THERMO WELL GEAR MOVEMENT
In
case of temperature measurement of fluid it is sometimes
necessary to repair/maintain the temperature gauges on
line without shutdown thermo wells are provided. Thermo-wells
are filled in the location and bulb/stem of the temperature
gauge screwed/ flanged with the thermo-well. The thermo-well
is so designed that there is no temperature difference
due to its presence. Thermo-well connection can be provided
as per requirement either screwed of flange.
